Further information on our special offer for pets and our rules for pets at our hotels.

• We allow one pet to stay for free per room. What about if you want to bring two pets? We’ll charge you €15 for your second pet to stay with us. What about three or more pets? We’ll need more details from you before we can make a decision.
• All pets need to be added to your booking in advance. After all, everyone has their own opinion about pets and there are some rules you need to follow out of respect for the other hotel guests.
• We all feel more relaxed when we’re happy and comfortable. But if that means your pet is going to cause minor chaos, we need to cover our backs. Our cleaning fee is €50 where the standard clean just won’t be up to the job. This might be the case if the walls, furniture, carpet and curtains in your room are very dirty when you leave.
• We have a soft spot for pets. But we also care deeply about our other guests and our rooms. That’s why we insist that your pets are covered by liability insurance when they stay with us. This will cover you if your pet causes any harm to other guests or damages any of our hotel property. We’ll charge the costs for any repairs or replacements directly to your credit card.
• Our guests have the right to move around our hotel as they please. This means that dogs need to be kept on leads in public areas of the hotel.
• Not sure what we mean by public areas? It varies from one hotel to another, so please check with us in advance where you’re allowed to take your pets (public areas include the restaurant and bar).
